Offering breathtaking views of Mount Washington, The Notch Grille is proud to support our local farms, breweries, and distilleries - including our own private label vodka made at Tamworth Distilling.
Our Executive Chef Cody Hall
Chef Cody Hall's culinary journey began at 13, inspired by his mother, a bar manager, and driven by his passion for food. Starting in local kitchens, his dedication quickly moved him from dishwashing to food preparation. His passion and efficiency throughout the kitchen quickly earned him the opportunity for more hands-on experiences.
Cody's culinary education includes high school classes and extensive self-learning, making him a largely self-taught chef with 22 years of experience. Cody takes great pride in being self-taught as this serves as a testament to his dedication and passion for the culinary arts.
Mentored by Chefs Paul Lamarre and Nathan Maleski at Bailiwicks, Cody honed his skills and now serves as the Executive Chef at The Glen House. The Executive Chef position at The Glen House allows Cody to channel his passion and expertise into creating extraordinary culinary experiences for all guests.

We are thrilled to welcome guests to The Notch Grille available for indoor, outdoor (weather permitting), and take-out service. Dinner reservations are required Tuesday through Saturday.
